How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and how deposits, cancelling, tips and gift cards work.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the visit or treatment is, what kind it is, any add-on, and who you book with. A spa day is priced from its parts, and the booking page shows the total before you confirm.
The length: 30, 60 or 90 minutes, or a whole day
A bath, massage, facial or body treatment
Add-ons such as warm stones or a foot soak
The level of the person you book
The talk when you arrive
Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.
Deposits
A card holds a spa day, and a booking for six or more guests, and it goes toward your visit. A single treatment may not need one. You see any deposit before you confirm.
Tell us 48 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your visit without trouble; for a group of six or more, a week. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card. A group's coordinator can add one for the whole group.
A gift card works for any amount, for any treatment, bath or spa day. Buy one online or at the front desk; whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in your state.
