The bathhouse
Room by room
Four rooms, in the order most guests take them. Each says what it is, what to wear and who may use it.

The mineral bath rooms
A row of bath rooms, each with a deep soaking tub, a bench, a robe hook and a bell for the attendant. The tub is run when you arrive, warm to your liking, and you ask for it cooler or warmer at any point.
Wear: a robe and sandals to the door
For: guests 18 and over, one guest to a room

The steam room
A tiled room with a bench, a stool and a glass door. Most guests sit for a few minutes, step out to cool down and go back in.
Wear: a swimsuit, and sit on your towel
For: guests 18 and over
The sauna
A cedar room with two levels of benches. The upper bench is hotter; start low if you are new to it.
Wear: a swimsuit, and sit on your towel
For: guests 18 and over

The foot-soak alcove
Three stone basins of warm water under a row of cushioned benches. A good place to wait for a treatment, with tea.
Wear: a robe, with the legs rolled up
For: guests 18 and over
Before you go in
Three things to know
What to wear
A robe and sandals to the private bath rooms, and a swimsuit in the steam room and sauna. Shower first and tie long hair up. We provide towels.
Who may use the rooms
The bath rooms, steam room and sauna are for guests 18 and over. A companion who isn't bathing can wait in the front lounge.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask before you use the baths, steam or sauna. Leave a hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Come for the baths
Book a mineral bath or a spa day online, or call the front desk with questions first.
